Glastonbury 2027 resale: date, rules and how to get ready

What's known about the Glastonbury 2027 resale: when it's likely to be, the registration deadline, tickets per booking, paying in full and getting ready.

If you missed out in October, it isn't necessarily over. Tickets that aren't paid for in the April balance window, and tickets that are returned, are sold again in the official spring resale. It's smaller and faster than the main sale, and it works a little differently, so it's worth preparing for on its own terms. We update this page as soon as the festival announces anything new.

Until the festival publishes the 2027 details, the 2025 resale below is the best guide to how it will run. To have the date land in your calendar the moment we add it, subscribe to the 2027 dates calendar. It needs no sign-up and no email address.

Where resale tickets come from

After the April balance payment window closes, any ticket whose balance wasn't paid is cancelled. Those tickets, plus tickets that were cancelled or returned since the main sale, go back on sale. The festival doesn't say in advance how many there will be, and demand is always far higher than supply.

When it happens

Usually in late April, a couple of weeks after the balance window. In recent years there have been two sessions: one for ticket and coach packages, and one for general admission. In 2025 they were:

Session2025 date and time
Ticket and coach packagesThursday 24 April, 6pm
General admissionSunday 27 April, 9am
Cancelled accommodationSunday 27 April, 11am
Registration deadlineWednesday 23 April, 5pm (the festival advised registering by the 18th)

The 2027 resale date hasn't been announced yet. See Glastonbury 2027 key dates.

The resale queue

The 2025 resale queue worked like the main sale's: random places for everyone waiting when it opened, and 10 minutes at the front to enter everyone's details. How the queue works now is in how the queue works. The one resale rule to know: registration numbers could be locked for up to 10 minutes after errors, duplicate attempts or a timeout, so don't retry a name that won't come up. See the checkout guide.

Getting your group ready

For paying in full on one card, see the checkout guide.

Coach packages in the resale

Ticket and coach packages come back in their own resale session, usually a few days before general admission, limited to two per booking. The coach rules still apply: you must travel on your booked coach and can't switch to general admission. See coach tickets.

Avoid unofficial sellers

Glastonbury tickets carry the holder's photo and are strictly non-transferable. The official resale through See Tickets is the only legitimate way to get a returned ticket. Anyone selling tickets elsewhere is either mistaken or a scam. See how to spot Glastonbury ticket scams.
