Lost your Glastonbury registration number? Find or change it
How to get your Glastonbury registration number back with the official lookup, what to do if it finds nothing, and how to change your photo, postcode or email.
Your registration number is in the email See Tickets sent when your photo was accepted. If you can't find that email, you don't need to register again: the official registration lookup sends your number back to you. This page covers finding it, checking a friend's, and changing the details on your registration.
Find your number with the lookup
- Go to the registration lookup on glastonbury.seetickets.com. Start from the festival's own website if you want to be sure you're in the right place.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Open the email that comes back. It has your registration number, and links to view, edit or delete your registration and to update your photo.
- Copy the number from that email and send it to whoever's organising your group, as text rather than a screenshot.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders before trying again.
If the lookup finds nothing
- Try every email address you might have used. Many people registered for an earlier festival with a work, university or old personal address. A registration carries over between festivals, so the old one is still the one that counts.
- Check you were ever accepted. If your photo was rejected and you didn't try again, there's no registration to find.
- Register again while registration is open. For 2027, registration closed on 25 September 2026, and the festival says it will reopen later in the autumn. See how to register.
Registered twice?
If you've registered more than once, use the number from your most recent confirmation email, and make sure that's the one your group has. When organising a group, it's worth asking everyone to forward their latest email rather than retype a number they remember.
Checking a friend's number
You can't look up someone else's registration: the lookup only emails the address on it. So ask each friend to run the lookup themselves if they're unsure, then send you the number and postcode from that email. On ticket day, the booking page shows each person's name once you enter their number and postcode, which is your final check. See collecting registration numbers from WhatsApp.
Changing your details
| What | How | When |
|---|---|---|
| Your photo | The update link in your confirmation email | While registration is open, and only before a booking is linked to your registration |
| Your postcode | The edit link in your confirmation email, or tell your lead booker the old one | While registration is open. What matters is that the postcode typed matches the registration |
| Your email address | The edit link in your confirmation email | While registration is open. Make sure it is one you'll keep: you need access to it to use your registration |
| Deleting your registration | The delete link in your confirmation email | Any time you no longer want it |
The festival advises checking your registration every year, and before you book, so your details are up to date and your photo still looks like you. Registration is paused before and during each sale, so do it early. Once you're booked, your registration is locked: changing it doesn't change the booking, and a new delivery address has to go to See Tickets instead.
Once you're booked, your photo is fixed
You can't change your photo while a booking is linked to your registration, and the photo is printed on your ticket. If your appearance changes a lot before June, contact See Tickets customer service for advice rather than assuming it'll be fine at the gate.
