When do Glastonbury 2027 tickets arrive?
When Glastonbury 2027 tickets are posted, who receives them in a group booking, tracking them, coach tickets, and what to do if yours haven't arrived.
For 2027, Glastonbury general admission tickets are posted by Royal Mail in late May to June 2027, and someone has to sign for them. The festival expects you to have them at least 7 days before it starts: it runs Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 June 2027, so that means by Wednesday 16 June 2027. Ticket and coach passengers don't get a festival ticket in the post: theirs is handed out on the coach.
This guide covers when tickets are sent, who receives them in a group booking, how to track them, what to do if you're out or they don't come, and how to keep them safe until the gates. Everything comes from the festival's information page, read in full on 4 November 2026.

When will my tickets be posted?
The festival says UK tickets will be sent out by Royal Mail in late May to June 2027, to the address given when booking, and a signature will be needed on delivery. General admission tickets are physical tickets, and See Tickets emails you a tracking reference.
It expects you to receive them at least 7 days before the festival starts. The 2027 festival runs from Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 June 2027, so that means by Wednesday 16 June 2027. If they haven't arrived by then, contact See Tickets through its customer service page. Buying from outside the UK? Those tickets are sent differently: see buying Glastonbury tickets from abroad.
Who receives the tickets in a group booking?
If you ordered more than one ticket, the festival says they are all sent to the address you gave for the first name on your booking. The one exception is the balance: if you paid your balances separately, you receive your own ticket.
Here's how that works for a booking of six:
| How the balances were paid | Where the tickets go |
|---|---|
| All six together | All six to the address for the first name on the booking |
| Two friends paid their own, the rest together | The two each receive their own ticket; the other four go to the address for the first name on the booking |
Paying separately has a cost: each ticket whose balance is paid on its own becomes its own booking, with its own £11.25 postage and packing charge. How the balance week works is in deposits and balance payments.
So decide as a group before the balance window (1 to 7 April 2027) whether the tickets should go to one person or to each of you, and if they all go to one person, agree how everyone gets theirs before travel day.
Tracking your tickets
- Look for See Tickets' email with your tracking reference.
- Enter the reference at royalmail.com to see where the tickets are.
- Lost the email? See Tickets' order tracker shows the reference too. You need the email address linked to the balance payment or full price order, and the festival says only the lead booker can see it.
You can also see your booking, including the dispatch details, on the See Tickets customer service page, using your booking reference and your email address or postcode. Keep your confirmation email: the festival says you need the booking reference for any query about your purchase.
If you're out when they come
Because someone has to sign, a delivery is easy to miss. The festival says a card should be left, with instructions to arrange re-delivery (including weekend options) or to collect them from a local office. If nobody will be home much in late May to June 2027, sort out the address well before then (see below).
Moved house, or the address is wrong
Tell See Tickets. The festival says that if you've changed address since booking you need to tell See Tickets, because changing the address on your Glastonbury registration does not update your delivery address. Once you've booked, your registration is locked anyway, so an update there wouldn't reach the booking. Do it well before the tickets are posted (late May to June 2027), so they aren't posted to the old address.
Ticket and coach packages
Coach packages work differently. Only the coach travel tickets are sent in advance: your travel voucher is an e-ticket, sent to the email address linked to your registration number, usually from mid-May 2027. Your festival entry ticket is handed out mid journey on the coach, and you must show photo ID to receive it. Travel on your booked coach is the only way to get it. The rest of the coach rules are in coach tickets.
Car park passes and campervan tickets
Car park passes are sent out with your festival tickets, unless you booked the pass separately. Campervan tickets are also sent with your festival tickets, unless they were booked after you paid your balance, in a resale, or for the accessible campervan field. Buying a pass is covered in Glastonbury car parking.
Keep them safe: lost tickets aren't replaced
- There are no replacements. The festival says that if tickets are delivered and then lost, destroyed or misplaced, it cannot replace them, and its terms say lost or stolen tickets won't be replaced and no duplicates are issued.
- Refund Protection won't help. The festival says it does not cover the loss of your ticket. Its terms suggest you may wish to insure the ticket's value instead.
- Don't post a photo of it. The terms say images of tickets posted on social media may result in that ticket being cancelled, with no refund.
- Don't flash it around on the way. The festival's arrival advice says that in past years some ticket buyers had their tickets stolen some distance from the festival, when they stopped at service stations.
- Hold on to it once you're in. After security you're given your ticket back, and you need it with your wristband to get back in if you leave the site or go to the car parks.
- It only works for you. Each ticket carries its holder's registration photo, and the festival says anyone who isn't the person on the ticket is denied entry. You can't swap tickets within your group.
If your tickets haven't arrived
- Check the reference at royalmail.com, or ask the lead booker to look it up on See Tickets.
- Ask whoever is at the delivery address, and look for a card saying a delivery was missed.
- Check the address on the booking. If you've moved, tell See Tickets.
- Contact See Tickets through its customer service page if they haven't arrived 7 days before the festival starts, with your booking reference to hand.
Don't buy a replacement from anyone who offers one. Tickets are non-transferable and only sold by See Tickets, and the festival says a ticket offered on social media or a resale site is not likely to be legitimate and won't get you in. See how to spot Glastonbury ticket scams.
What we couldn't confirm
The festival's dispatch section gives late May to June 2027, not an exact posting date. It covers general admission, coach and international tickets, and doesn't mention Sunday tickets separately, so we can't say whether they follow the same timetable. For your own booking, the dispatch details are on the See Tickets customer service page. We'll update this guide if the festival publishes more.
