How much does Glastonbury 2027 cost? Ticket, travel and more

What Glastonbury 2027 really costs: the ticket, deposit and balance, postage, parking and campervan passes, coach packages, and a worked example for four.

A Glastonbury 2027 ticket costs £408, but that's not the whole bill. Postage, parking or a coach, and everything you spend getting there and while you're there all add up. This guide sets out the costs the festival has published for 2027, with a worked example for a group, and a list of the rest to budget for yourself.

The fixed costs for 2027

Item2027 priceWhen you pay
General admission ticket£408, including a £5 booking fee£100 deposit in October, £308 balance from 1 to 7 April 2027
Postage and packing£11.25 per order (£3 for coach tickets)With the balance
Car park pass£60, plus £3 postage where bought separatelyDuring the balance window; general admission only
Campervan pitch£225 standard, £350 for a large pitchIn its own sale; general admission only
Ticket and coach packageThe ticket plus a coach fare that depends on the departure townTicket deposit plus the fare in October

The car park and campervan prices are as listed on the festival's information page on 26 October 2026, not yet in a separate announcement, so check that page before you book. More on each extra, and when they go on sale, is in campervans, camping and parking, and buying a pass and driving there is in Glastonbury car parking.

Children who'll be 12 or under when the gates open don't need a ticket, though they do need a coach seat if you travel by coach. See taking children to Glastonbury.

A worked example: four friends driving

Four friends book in one order and share one car. Using the 2027 prices:

CostFor the groupEach
Four tickets at £408£1,632£408
Postage and packing, one order£11.25£2.81
One car park pass, bought with the balance£60£15
Total£1,703.25£425.81

Of that, the lead booker paid £400 in deposits in October. The rest, £1,303.25, is due in the April balance window. How the deposit and balance work, and what happens if someone can't pay, is in deposits and balance payments.

The costs you set yourself

The festival doesn't publish these, and they vary hugely from group to group. Fill in your own estimates:

CostThings to think aboutYour estimate
Getting thereFuel or train fares, or the coach fare if you booked a package
Food and drinkFive days on site, or what you'll bring with you
Camping kitA tent, sleeping bag, mat and waterproofs, unless you can borrow them
Spending moneyMerchandise, the odd treat, and a buffer
Cancellation protectionOptional, added with the balance; check what it covers

Ways to keep the cost down

If plans change, a refund costs £25 per ticket until 7 May 2027: see Glastonbury ticket refunds.

What a resale ticket costs

Resale tickets cost the same, but they're paid in full when you book, with no deposit. For a resale booking of four at the 2027 price, that's £1,632 plus postage on one card, on the day. See the 2027 resale.
